Monday class has been cancelled for now.  If there is suffient interest, we will be reopening the Monday class.  Please register your interest by emailing andrewgriggsgraduate@hotmail.com .  Confirmed classes are:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday - wushu cancelled.  Fridays will now be our new "internal class", with Shifu Zhou teaching Qi Gong and Tai Chi.

Sanshou will now be replaced with a specialised style class.  For more information please ask in class.

We have now introduced a forum where members (to join is free!) may discuss topics related to Shaolin, pose questions to the master and other students.  Click on the "Forum" button on the main menu.  The guestbook will now be reserved for signings only.
