<3 Tekkoshocon  April 13-15 2007 Monroville Expomart __It's going to fill the entire Expomart this year.

 Yippie! Hurray!! Hazah!!! We have a place for the next meeting!!!! My parents have agreed to let us use the house again (just this time, though). Problem: We don't yet have enough money in the treasury to buy snacks. :*(

We have a forum. Post please! Register and post. I will give club members permission to get to the meetings page if you e-mail me with your board name! Please use the forums. They will be deleted by the server if they are not used; I don't want to have to make a new one.

We need a place for our next meeting. Someone please volunteer.

At our next meeting we will watch the second episode of InuYasha and go over fundraising details. The meeting will be 1-2 hours long, whoever is having it at their house gets to chose. Hehehe...nervous laugh.

It's that time again! Tekkoshocon preregistration! http://www.Tekkoshocon.com. It's $30 by August 20th for all three days of Tekkoshocon(April 13-15)! We need to start fundraising. Any ideas? Good, e-mail them to me. We will possibly be selling the Hershey candy boxes. The money fundraised for every box is $26 dollars. So anyone who fundraised would only have to pay $5 dollars to go. We also need to fundraise to rent a hotel room for two days and to find a way to pay (bribe) our parents to chaperone.

Also, we will be going to Tekko 1/2 on October 14 we need to arrange a car pool.

Next school year our meetings will be held on weekdays about a half hour after school lets out so some of us can possibly ride the buses to get where we need to go. Sorry, people from far away...you'll still have to get a ride...or have a meeting at your house.

Wow! The May 5 meeting was a success! We now have rules (which will be posted asap.) We have a sceduele, a library, an advertising campain, and a budget. Now all we need is a date for the first FULL meeting of the South Hills Anime Club.

Sorry. The store we are going to is not Joy's Japanimation. It is Eide's in the Strip District. Joy's is an hour and a half away, while Eide's is a half hour away. Sorry for any inconvenience.

On to a happier subject... We now have 19 members. *Dose the happy dance*

                  The Meeting is set for May 5. The meeting starts at 6:30 and the end time has yet to be determined. Please remember this meeting is only for me, Naruto, Chibi-san, Kagura, Kitsune, and Sango; we have to set up the rules. Everyone please bring 50¢ to the meeting.

                 We now have 17 members. I think we can't have meetings at my house if all 17 people come. Any suggestions? Maybe we could meet at the Library...

                  May 6 is National Free Comic Book Day. This includes Manga. Joy's Japanimation will open at midnght and is having a 24 hour sale. They're giving out mangas! Anyone want to go?  Can try to start a carpool? E-mail me and post in the guestbook.

                 There won't be a meeting on May 6 or 7, it will be on May 5.  Kagura and Sango, you two need to tell me if you're free then, e-mail or call me if I don't see you.

I'd like to have a meeting of just the President, Vice Presidents, Secratey, and Treasurer (and possibly Librarian) on May 6 or 7 so we can set up a rules system. We sure are going to need one! As of right now we have 13 possibly 14 members, get that many people together and it's sure to be wild!
