Welcome, we hope that you enjoy your shakes as much as we do, if you find that making your shake bland on water or you can't drink skim milk use diet cordial as your base, just make it as normal to your taste, you will find that this will add loads of options to your shake with heaps more flavour  without the calories.
 With Vanilla shakes you can add any one of the following orange, Orange & Mango, Tropical, Apple & Blackberry, Apple & Pear, Raspberry, Raspberry & Apple, even Lime and Ginger Beer Flavour just use your imagination and taste buds.

Tips on How to Use Aloe Vera 

 

Remember if you use Concentrated Aloe Vera to use 1 cap full per 40mls of water or to taste. If the recipe says 100mls of Aloe that is 100mls of water with 2 1/2 caps full of Aloe Vera Concentrate in it.
