You probably know that anti Pokémon is people who hate Pokémon. Some of them actually have valid points; reasons that they dislike Pokémon. But some don't. Often, an AP will flame Pokémon fans, leaving messages like "You suck!" or "Pokémon is stupid!" in guestbooks or sending them in e-mails.

AAP is a counter against that. People who stand up for Pokémon. Some, sadly, are almost as bad as the APers by flaming back. What we should do is logically counter APers "reasons" for hating Pokémon. For example....

Why? What's your reason behind this? Do you even have one? What do you think this is going to do, make me hate Pokémon because you scream in my face that it's stupid? Maybe if you have a reason, a legitimate reason as to why Pokémon is stupid, maybe then I'll believe you. But don't count on it.

Once again, where is your reason for this? Is it just because maybe you liked it when you where five and haven't liked it since then? If so, that's a pretty lame reason. Pokémon is very deep. A lot deeper than a five year old would be able to fully understand. Take the first movie, for example. In the Japanese version, Mewtwo was created by humans and abused by them. They used him for tests, and after that he was tricked by Giovanni. So, he tries to save all Pokémon by turning them against their trainers, so they don't ever have to go through that horrible abuse. Trainers like Ash, however, know that not all trainers are bad, and in the battle with the clones versus the originals, Ash is killed by Mew and Mewtwo's Psychic attacks. All the Pokémon realize how wrong they were, and their tears revive him. Don't tell me that isn't deep. Of course, the American version is mutilated by the dubbers, so you can partially blame them. =D
