This site is going to be all about my favourite style, shabby chic. Furniture is often boring and all looks the same. Shabby Chic is different. It's all about individuality, whether you are adding something to an old piece of furniture or choosing something someone else has tweaked. It's your creativity, expressing your taste and personality.
 To me shabby chic furniture is the ideal style for the modern home. Take old things, giving them a bit of TLC and bringing them back to life. The best way to do that is often with a paint effect or by adding some vintage fabric and I'll show you some ways to do it.
