FBI HARASSMENT-COINTELPRO 

FBI agents routinely violate the United States Constitution. They abuse Civil and Human Rights without even giving them a thought. These agents blatantly lie, coerce, blackmail, steal and violate every other aspect of the law, up to and including murder. COINTELPRO, short for counter intelligence program was created by J. Edgar Hoover in 1956. This program was designed by the FBI to discredit civil rights activism by illegally infiltrating these groups and spreading vicious lies about them so that they would become societal outcasts. The Black Panther Party (a group created to end racial hatred) was a constant target of the the FBI.

Frustrated with their inability to stop the FBI's criminal actions against them, certain Black Panther Party members broke into a FBI office and liberated files which discussed COINTELPRO. These files were then shared with the media and a scandal regarding the FBI's use of this program soon ensued. The FBI to this very day claims that this program was cancelled long ago, but many American citizens, myself included, can attest to the fact that COINTELPRO is still being used by the FBI against many of us. However, this covert program is now taking place under the names National Security and Domestic Terrorism. RE: Complaint Ethics Violations by Kevin Ryan and Mike Francis

I herby lodge an official complaint against Kevin Ryan and Mike Francis who are licensed in the State of California, and is therefore subject to the Californa State Bar and/or California Office of Disciplinary Councel

I hereby report the following serious crimes to the California State Bar pursuant to the federal laws listed below

San Francisco US Attorney Kevin Ryan and Assistant US Attorney Mike Francis recieved three written complaints on August 23, 28, and 29 2006 and numerous verbal complaints in person or via telephone from August 2006 to the present concerning criminal civil rights violation, harassment, stalking, and other state and federal crimes against Jeff Williamson DJ Blaze.Both DOJ Attorneys have repeatedly conspired to engage in Obstruction of Justice to protect FBI ,government agents, and media representatives crimes against me that have occured across the United States and continued in San Francisco. Please find attached the three complaints provided to Mike Francis stamped by the US Attorneys office. These complaints and other documents have also been reported and provided to an attorney for future reference.

Moreover, as attorneys in the DOJ- they have responsiblities and are required to perform certain duties under the laws and codes of the United States and California. The Obstruction and Misconduct and conspiraring against DJ Blaze's rights are grounds for disbarrment from the practice of law and in violation of various state and federal laws and could go to prison. The protection of these Constitutional Assassins by knowingly and willingly allowing Jeff Williamson DJ Blaze to be attacked on a daily basis are willful, wonton, outragous, morally depraved, in violation of various statues, constitutional provisions and common decency and is regarded as atrocious and intolerable in a civilized society who are conspiring and acting in concert to suppress, chill and "neutralize" our constitutionally protected activities for government reform to restore constitutional order and abridge our civil rights. 18 USC 241; 18 USC 242; 18 USC 1091; 18 USC 1503 obstruction of "the due administation of justice" .

The Department of Justice attorneys misconduct and obstruction of justice is a continued effort to suppress and destroy the Watchdog Movement created by Jeff Williamson and destroy his DJ Blaze career. http://www.freewebs.com/govwebsites and http://www.freewebs.com/djblazemusic In addition on October 22, 2006 at the laudery facility on Van Ness & 21st I cleared all of my pockets of papers and items and rechecked them twice to make sure nothing was washed with my clothes. After my clothes washed there were no items in my clothes while removing them from the washer. While my clothes were drying a FBI agent or agent provacutuer put a pen in the dryer so ink would stain and destroy all my clothes. Fortunately only small spots stained some of my clothes for retaliation and continued harassment through the unlawful and illegal 'Cointelpro' operations. This is what happens when the Department that calls itself Justice protects FBI and U.S. government Constitutional Assassins who destroy peoples lives. The FBI lied to the community saying I bought clothes with donation money for The Watchdog Group when in fact the money used to buy clothes was earned in another capacity on October 21, 2006 which can be confirmed.

Uncharged Misconduct Evidence ? 7:02: Intentional torts present the strongest analogy to criminal misconduct. As in a criminal prosecution, the plaintiff's most difficult problem of proof is often establishing the defendant's wrongful intent.
