Update: As of March 2008, I will be cleaning up this website to reflect a further step I've taken in my vocation. You will be informed of the changes as they come. Please keep me in your prayers.
Before I begin, I'd like to give dedication to some very important people in my life.
To God\Jesus my Creator and the truest Father I'll ever have. May He be first in my life always. I look forward to becoming His spouse in the future.
To Mary, Mother of God, the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is one of my intercessors and the truest Mother I'll ever have.
To Ian DesLauriers, my best friend and like a brother. He's been nothing short of encouraging and a lot of times, I co-author things with him. Please congratulate his engagement with a friend he and I knew mutually. She is a lucky lady!
To Matthew, my late eldest brother. He died in early 2005. He's always pushed me to do better things. I love him and miss him.
To Erin, my adoptive eldest sister. She took over for Matt and she helps push me to do better things. I love her. She had helped me start this website and did help me edit it in the past. Please keep her in your prayers.
To Tim Olsen, who taught me various writing styles, literary devices, and has always been there for me.
To John, an aspiring Buddhist monk...you bring me sanity and thought-provoking conversation.
To Stanley, who's got me back into writing and has given me much-needed encouragement.
To Carol, my adoptive sister that I love to visit online.
To anyone that reads this website. Without you, there'd be no purpose for making this website.
Now to explain the Table of Contents on the left...
Welcome!: That is THIS page that you are on. Please, have a seat. [smiles]
My Desk!: for learning more about me.
My Family!: to learn about my friends and family.
Vocation: this is where you learn about my vocation and ministries. The word "vocation" comes from the Latin word "vocare". This means "to hear". Everyone that receives God's call has "heard" that God wants them to do something more personal than just becoming a saint. All Catholics must strive to be saints. That doesn't mean its easy. ~I have removed that page, as it is very outdated.~
Library!: this section is my simple English explanation for stuff you may be wondering about.
Chapel!: this is a peaceful space for prayer, to get rid of your stress, to pray for your dead loved ones.
Before you leave, please don't forget your belongings and your coat or jacket, and sign my Guestbook. I answer all Guestbook entries via email UNLESS the email is not given. Note: I appreciate the kind comments that have been left, but please try to include your email. Without it, I can't answer your guestbook entry! It used to be a polite gesture to leave a visiting card behind when visiting; the email address is your visiting card. [smiles]
Links: ~will be under construction for editing and expansion~
truthofislam--may offend: a reality check that popped up on me one day. Its not the first time I've had a proper Muslim instant message me with all kinds of rudeness. In short, they show you a side of Islam you do not usually see, and they insist firmly that they are proper Muslims. I do love them as much as I love everybody, but they need to learn to be less scary and more peaceful. Otherwise, the image they want to share just will not happen.
Guestbook User Area: this is where you go if you think the Guestbook is not big enough to hold your concerns, questions, comments, etc. I usually prefer email, but it seems some people do not care to share their email address. Please refrain from using foul language and from being rude. If I find anything inappropriate, it will be removed and your username will be noted for reference.
Instant Messagers are my office. Please contact me in any of these Instant Messagers if you wish to chat. However, if you want to do apologetics, I would suggest email only or the forum. It is more fair to give each party plenty of time to type in a point they would like to share. Also keep in mind that I usually do not have a lot of time to devote to apologetics and research, as I prefer to spend my time adoring God\Jesus and praising Him, praying, and reading the Bible.
