Discover Day!

Not sure what careers fit your personal interests, abilities, and values? Use Discover (a web based program published by ACT) to assess your interests, abilities, and values and how these can translate into a career. (Login information will be emailed to non-Summer UB seniors)

First, learn about Discover by reviewing this PowerPoint.

Next, use Discover to assess your interests, abilities, and values.

Homework: Write a 2-3 paragraph reflection on what you learned from Discover and how you can use this information (due by 4pm Monday, June 27th).

College Admissions

Learn about the various college admission processes and common terms associated with the admission process.
Be prepared for the application process by complete the UW System Application (#1-47).

Work Day

Today you will begin brainstorming for the second personal statement, the "Goals" Personal Statement. Start with the "Goals" Personal Statement Worksheet.
