Sellers Pits is no longer breeding. Most of our dogs were sold to pet homes and are living out their lives as loved family members. There were a few that were placed with reputable breeders and are now continuing the line we worked so hard to create.

Sellers Pits would like to welcome you to our home on the web. We are a small family run kennel located in Arkansas. Here at Sellers Pits we don't "specialize" in any one thing. First and foremost our dogs are a part of our family. We don't belive in mass producing APBT's. We belive in breeding sound,conformationaly correct APBT's with an emphasis on temprement and personality. Socilization is the key to a happy, healthy American Pitbull Terrier.
Here ar Sellers Pits we have worked very hard for everything we have accomplished to date. Sellers Pits came to be as we were looking for a family pet. We started out like most of you by visiting local breeders and what we saw was frightning. Skinny, scared up, dirty dogs. Most of them on chains living in horable conditions and didn't even come close to knowing what socilization was. Convinced this was not all there was in the world of pitbulls I started doing research. What turned into several years of research, and what I found was amazing. Some good, some not so good. Thus Sellers Pits was born...
Every dog and puppy we have brought into the Sellers family was done with love. We are always looking to add to the family but its always a risk to know who to trust in the APBT world today. For that reason we have made alot of decisions in our breeding program in the past few months. We don't feel it should cost a months salery to buy a puppy. Just because you can afford to spend that much on a puppy dosn't mean you will treat the puppy any better than if you only spent $200.00 on it. I have seen $3000.00 dogs live their lives on a chain with no love. Just because you payed $3000.00 for a puppy dosn't mean its a better quality puppy.
Here at Sellers Pits we strive to improve the breed that we love so much. To do this we feel that not only the breed must improve, but the BREEDERS, and owners must improve as well. In an atempt to bring a better quality APBT to everyone we will never charge an arm and a leg for a dog or a puppy. Making it possable for quality puppies to go to loving homes that might not otherwise have been able to afford them. In doing this we also hope to help cut back on the over population of un-regestered, un-loved,un-wanted APBT's that end up in shelters waiting to be put to sleep becasue of bad breedings resulting in agressive dogs.
