This site only lists Paid To Click programs that offer a payout of $20.00 or less.  As a Paid To Click user, I believe that to be successful in the PTC world, you have to think small to get big results.  On this site you will find programs that either offer, automatic payouts, no-minimum, redeem earnings for promoting, or under $20 payout amounts.  I am sure that you will find that participating in these programs and being paid little by little is better than clicking and clicking then finally requesting payout just to find out that it will never happen.
