The 9th General Assembly of the SEHSTEMPC was held last April 5, 2008 at the school lobby of Sta. Elena High School. The assembly started this time with the recitation of the Coop. Pledge, led by Director Ruen Lomo. It was followed immediately by the welcome remarks of Vice-Chairman, Mr. Lito Domingo Jr. The principal, Mr. Elizalde Q. Cena, has also given his inspirational message to all the members of the cooperative. He congratulated the cooperative for all its achievements during these past years.

This assembly has been attended also by some inspiring and dedicated persons like Mr. Sofronio Aquino, a CDA specialist,

Councilor “Boggs” Reyes and Hon. Congressman Marcelino Teodoro of the first district of Marikina. Cong. Marcy and Coun. Boggs both praised the members and officers of the SEHSTEMPC for making it as an outstanding cooperative. During the assembly, there were many things that were discussed and one of these was the Mutual Aid Fund. Director Jesus Cena talked about it and explained fully why it was created and enumerated its guidelines.

Also, each committee reports were presented. Director Lito Domingo Jr., presented the Education Com. report, Mrs. Rowena Gonzales for the Conciliation Com. report, Ms. Tessie Vecino for the Election Com. report, Mrs. Hannah Lee Macabudbud for the Credit Com. report, Mrs. Marife Ferrer for the Audit Com. report, Director Perlita Barcelona for the Canteen Operation report and finally, the BOD Report was presented by Director Virgilio dela Serna. Included as well in the assembly is the election for the two new BOD Members. And, the assembly ended with the new elected officers; Mrs. Rosalina Alonzo and Mr. Jesus Cena respectively.

March 3, 2007 – Biggest Delegation during the 6th Annual Seminar conducted by MCFPSTC Over all Highest Patronage

October 21, 2007 - Top Ten Performing Cooperatives in Marikina awarded by MCDC

December 8, 2007 – Nominated in the Annual Search for Outstanding Cooperatives in Primary (NCR)     

April 26, 2008 – Biggest Delegation Highest Patronage Refund in the Annual Seminar conducted by MCFPSTC
