Seattle-ites

After 4 1/2 years in Australia and a 12 month stint in South Korea, we decided to give the US another go.

We are now Seattle-ites, living and working in the city, and enjoying every minute of it.
We returned to Washington state in late May 07 after traveling through China, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia and to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada for a close friend's wedding. We then set to work establishing roots - and now find ourselves quite rooted with a new home, new car and new jobs.    

Home: A two bedroom condo in North Seattle that was our first experience buying a 'home'. It's the perfect size for the three of us - Damien, myself and our cat Lucy. 

Work: Damien works at Junior Achievement of Washington http://www.jawashington.org/, a non-profit organization that teaches kids about business and financial literacy. He is the Development Manager, and is responsible for bringing in $$ among other things.

I am working as a marketing consultant - working with a photographer http://www.thomaskokta.com/ and market researcher. In July I was able to accompany the photographer to Iceland for a 10 day shoot (see Iceland album).

We plan to keep this updated for all our familly and friends, so visit us often and leave a message!
