As Bishop,
I affirm that I am called to serve God and God’s people in the Parish of Seal Cove, the Anglican Diocese of Western Newfoundland, the Anglican Church of Canada and the world.
I covenant, as Bishop and Chief Pastor of this Diocese, to worship God and to serve God’s people through the building up of the Body of Christ and by resisting evil.
I commit to support the Parish of Seal Cove and their rector, the Rev. Jason Haggstrom, as they dedicate their lives to God through worship, Christian education, Christian fellowship, outreach, pastoral care and congregational development to build up the Kingdom of God
As Rector,

Together, and on behalf of the Parish of Seal Cove, we make this Covenant in Ministry to our God on this third day of July, two thousand and eight.
