Summary: Torri Higginson did a wonderful job of playing Dr. Elizabeth Weir on Stargate Atlantis. She gave the audience a strong female character that is easy to respect and admire for her confidence, leadership, and love for Atlantis. Her character wasn't afraid to stand up to anyone or put her life on the line for the expedition and its members. It is my opinion that TPTB made a big mistake making her a re-curring character.
I made this video out of support for Torri's character, and I want to say thank you to her for giving viewers three years and four episodes of the best Atlantis we've ever seen.
