Welcome to SDDW Organization

 An organization to Promote formal and non formal education in the deprived areas of the Community 

Social Development for Deprived of the World Pakistan (SDDW_Pakistan), has a flat non-hierarchincal structure to encourage initiative, decision-making, responsibility, accessibility and flexibility. Although each player has his/her own objectives and aspirations roles tend to develop over time. We have removed conventional layers of management and designed a non-hierarchical system, which lays emphasis on empowered teams.

Social Development for Deprived of the World Pakistan (SDDW_Pakistan), has a board of directors who is ultimately responsible for the performance of the organization in all areas of its work. The board includes currently seven elected members for a period of three years. The five officers (President,  Voice President, Genral Secretary, Office Secretary and Treasurer)  are elected by the fellow Directors to the officer positions and the other two are Directors-at-large. In addition , the Social Development for Deprived of the World Pakistan (SDDW_Pakistan), Governing body on their contributions and qualifications. Currently we have three exofficio members with the exception of voting right they are eligible to participate in all the meetings of the board of directors as well as to take any major responsibility to carry out any assignment.

The vision of the organization is “to empower people and make them able to get better education in different departments of life to survive in the modern society.”

Mission

The mission of the organization is to create awareness, development and empower the people of underprivileged communities.

Ø      To provide teacher’s trainings and refresher courses for standard education.

Ø      Adult Education for men and women.

Ø      To provide basic health education and information.

Ø       Education for Peace and inter-faith harmony 

Ø      Education for women rights

Ø      Education for Child rights
