Welcome

Our web page is  designed to inform and update interested parties on the activities of the

Scunthorpe and Brigg area group of the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.

 

With a winter programme of talks and a summer series of walks

we hope to provide something to please all of our members.

 

          Aims and Activities

As a group we try to promote the conservation ideals of the Trust by encouraging members of the public to join us.

During the winter months we provide a series of illustrated talks at St Hugh's Church Hall on Ashby Road while during the summer months we visit various areas for walks.

We have two main reserves in our area,  Messingham Sand Quarry and Clapgate Pits, both very different, both well worth seeing.
