Welcome to scriptDance, home of the freelance web-designer, Mark Davis. I have also been known by the online psuedo-names: "Makdaddymizark," "Mizzy Mak," and "Mizark Dizark," for those of you long time followers of my online handiwork.
I am a graduate of William Jewell College in Liberty, MO where I majored in Philosophy and minored in Religion. I also work as a web designer/editor for the school's marketing and alumni relations departments; am the station manager, programmer, producer, webmaster, and DJ at the school's online radio station, The Edge, which I helped create (with the help of a good friend) in the summer of 2006; and was a part of the school newspaper and a Resident Assistant up until graduation.
The sites which I have recently built and am currently maintaining, are listed on the Portfolio page. Each of these sites is made to fit the needs of that individual (or group) and therefore some are more complex than others. I have made some completely by myself, have only assisted with others, and am actually employed by WJC to build those websites for them, and not as an extension of scriptDance. The reason why all of them are there, however, is because I recommend that you check them all out to get a feel for the work which I have done in the past and so that you can see what kind of work I am looking to do in the future. The scripts which I used for most of them are: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. I also use Adobe's Creative Suite's for photo editing, Macromedia's MX Suite for flash and video editing, and am learning some basic PHP (which I will be implementing in the near future).
