June 2009- Thanks to a friend of the Family (John) I have now been able to add a Generation Pedigree chart to the site. It starts with me (JudyFayHasty) owner and moves back as far as Ancestry.com's records now hold. A spelling error dead ended the Hasty line (spell error was Harty). But other records have traced the Hasty lineage. I was happy to see the Simpson line expanded and perhaps You will find You are part of this HUGE family tree. Feel free to print and use in YOUR FAMILY RECORDS..
Find New information on the Simpson branch in News- Simpson Hasty section and Simpson Family Tree Menu or click on the following.. http://www.judyscrapbooknook.com/newssimpsonhasty.htm http://www.judyscrapbooknook.com/simpsonfamilytree.htm Thank You for dropping by.. site Manager, Judy.

WELCOME TO MY LITTLE CORNER OF CYBER SPACE
My journey started when I came across all the old photos of my Brother who died in a car
accident in 1965. He was just a few days away from turning 15. Mother at age 80 seemed
to have lost all interest in her photos that she had cherished thru the years and handed me
this large cigar size box that was filled with photos and newspaper clippings.
The photos and a copy of our Family Tree from Aunt Mary expanded my Scrapping into
the Genealogy side of My Addiction. I've included the few "old Photos" and my memories
of growing up in the Huge Family of Hasty's- see the left side of your screen for individual
pages on each person in this Huge Family.
I continue receiving information and photos so will update all info, add pictures and continue
monitoring this site and Pass along the information to all the scattered "cousins" for free.
You Can Contact Me at: wwwbarrettjdy60@yahoo.com with the Family information that you feel should be here and I will be happy to add it for you.

There is a link on Mary Alice (Lawson) Hasty page where you can read her files and WORDS as she wrote them about growing up in the Hasty family. (I am not good with this type of link to files so excuse the mistakes)

Georgiana (Doane) Hasty Born in Hopkinville, Kentucky. I have- they were quakers as far back as 1607.
Williams Brothers: James, Robert & Stephen --the family is in the 1850 census of Tazewll County, Illinois.
The Hasty's came from Scotland to Ireland, into the United States at Maryland and Delaware to Virginia. Our lineage (William Henry) are in Kentucky, Arkansas, Indiana, and Illinois. One Son of Archibald (3) & Jane Smith went to Kansas.
(?Stephen? I think is the son that went on to Kansas)
