Sponsorship

As we all know, things are tough for every club and every idea to raise money is welcomed.

Following the success of last year's sponsorship drive, the society have asked me to appeal to all members or clubs.

Like last year, individual members or clubs are being asked if they wish to sponsor a particular award or section, i.e. Best Team, Best Spangle, Best Junior, etc.

If you or your club would like to participate, then please contact Honor, by email or phone.

All sponsors will be mentioned in the catalogue and monies raised will be put towards the show costs.

BIRD THEFT - REWARD OFFERED

Could all fanciers be aware?

Mr Jim Shepherd from Brechin had his bird room broken into and a minimum of 14 of his best birds stolen between Fri 3rd 9.pm and Sat 4th 7.30am

He is obviously gutted as he was preparing to attend the Tayside Show. However the Police have been involved and hopefully they can find out who was responsible.

One of his Partners and Chairman of Tayside B.S.

Mr Doug Pringle has asked me to inform you, he will offer a reward for the return of the stolen birds.

NORTHERN BS APPEAL

Does anyone have or know of the whereabouts of trophies that have not been returned the last few years?

We are in the process of updating our schedule and aquiring new trophies/shields to replace missing trophies. If any member knows the whereabouts or has one of our missing trophies I can be contacted via email or 01340 820043.
