WCCO-TV is the only station with a studio in the middle of the city. They are located in the heart of Downtown Minneapolis. Their studio and new weather center actually overlooks Minneapolis' Nicolet Mall. They are normally in second place when it comes to news at 6 & 10pm always being beaten by KARE11.
The WCCO TV studio is set in front of a huge window overlooking Downtown Minneapolis' Nicklet Mall. A new weather center is also in the works.
