 Mr. Kumar is a graduate in science & a post graduate diploma in management. He set up GREATSCOPE CONSULTING in 1998. He specializes in Behavioral training & Neurolinguistic Programming, Professional Selling , Professional presenting & Trainer's training among others.

He uses his expertise in these areas to conduct programs on Communication, leadership, team dynamics & customer service, sales, personal transformation etc. He loves to use humor in training and always works hard to relate his humor and message to the participants

2. Dr. Suresh – Yoga & Stress management expert: Dr. Suresh is a seasoned yoga exponent, having been into Yoga since 1975. He blends yoga with tai –chi & other forms to create a unique program that helps busy executives de-stress themselves with no fuss. 3. Mr. Sanjay .K – Sr. Consultant . Sales Management  Professional

Sanjay is a seasoned sales professional with over 16 years of practical experience with some of India’s leading companies/corporate houses like Xerox, Tata’s, HDFC etc. he has considerable experience at senior management levels in office automation , financial services and insurance industries. Sanjay is competent in designing & conducting training programs on direct sales, sales management, channel sales management, managing key accounts, managing virtual teams, marketing and brand building, telesales & performance management.  

 
Sanjay is equally fluent in programs on communication, motivation, planning, interview skills, time management, team building, coaching & mentoring. He has experience in coaching and mentoring individual managers, having developed and successfully implemented mentoring programs.

4. Anand Kumar- Sr. Consultant, ( Project management , resource Optimization, ERP specialist)

Anand holds a masters degree in Human resource management from the University of Northumbria, U.K, in conjunction with Singapore Institute of Commerce (SIC) in Singapore. He has over 11 years experience in reputed organizations like McKinsey, TERI (formerly Tata Energy Research Institute), Ma Foi & Capital One services.

Anand started his career with TERI & even had the opportunity to interact regularly with Nobel Laureate Dr. R.K.Pachauri. He managed the online database and data integration for an acclaimed Energy data directory, TEDDY in1997. He had a long stint in strategy consulting with McKinsey from 1999-2005. he then went on to become the advisor strategy for Capital One on the Asia Offshore project where he was involved in among other things, Conducting research and analysis of emerging global landscape of the offshoring and outsourcing market.

Between 2006 to 2008, Anand was involved in project management at Ma Foi where he researched and analyzed various methodologies and case studies of process automation; and transfer knowledge to drive the project. He also managed the project by effective utilization of team resources. Anand has specialist skills in project design, communication & implementation.  

Anand has collaborated with cross-functional/regional group and leaders across cities, towards implementing an ERP suite, supposed to impact the productivity of around 300 consultants; effectively raising efficiencies in processes.

Anand has conducted programs for junior, mid & senior management on driving change and tackling barriers to change, project management, resource optimization, analytical skills, communication, information synthesis etc.

5. Mrs. Subha Pande: - Sr. Consultant Language & Communications expert. ( based in Delhi)

Mrs. Pande is a teacher –turned- trainer, having seventeen years experience in teaching & training. From teaching students on Pharma subjects , she soon moved to helping them on career & personality aspects. She then worked for a Health Service company as content manager for their website.My work involved writing, editing and sourcing medical and pharmaceutical content for the related sections.Was independently writing a drug directory for Doctors and wrote on almost 500 molecules. Her presentation skills  & natural ability got her a lot of corporate training assignments . She delivered many programs on presentation skills, email etiquette, Effective English, Corporate ettiquette to both Industry profesional & management stuents.  She successfully helps participants grapple the nuances of English, using simple, humorous exercises. Her sessions are a hit because of her easy style & friendly demanour.
