| Round wooden boards |

 Ideal for beginners, these boards offer an easy entrance into skimboarding. They are mainly for flat land skimming and have no rocker (bend). Great first board.
We sell these beginners/fun boards, great for messing around on waiting for the surf.

 These boards (as you can see from the cross section) Are slightly bowed at one end, this being 'the rocker'. These boards also have long sides, these being 'the rails'. Because of the rails, it enables the rider to carve slightly like you would on a surf or snow board. Because of the rocker on these boards, it opens up a new window for the rider. Instead of riding just flat land, you can now venture out into the white wash/ small waves and practise ollies (jumping). But these boards are not really suited for wave riding as i will explain shortly.

| Fibreglass/ Foam boards |

 These boards are basically minature sufboards as they are made with a foam core and have a fibreglass coating. These boards are durable and light in weight, they also have much more rocker which gives them all the qualities of a surfboard and enables the rider to ride waves. These boards are abit more pricey and they also will probably not last as long as a wooden board so these should really be left for the more experienced.
