my name is Al Cannistraro,
and I run Happiness Gym. I'm not a psychologist. I already had one career in
the world of government, so I know all about the stresses of everyday work life.

the secrets of happiness. I trained under Martin Seligman, the founder of the
positive psychology movement, in these same exercises to boost personal happiness,
confidence and well-being.
