Would you like to see your play become a part of our collection? Follow these rules and fill out the form:
RULES
1) The play you submit must be your own work, and nobody elses. Adaptions of classic fairy tales and fables are accepted, but you must achknoledge the original story and where it first originated.
2) The play must be appropriate for any child 6-13. Any stories that contain foul language, innapropriate subject matter, or anything else you would not see in a rated G movie, will NOT be accepted under any circumstance.
3) The play must have no errors in grammar, spelling, punctiation, etc.
4) The play must be writen in our format. That means:
-Whenever a character's name is mentioned (as well as when identifying a speaker), it must be written in CAPS.
-All stage direction and instructions (irritated, happy, sighing, etc.) must be written in italics.
-Words that should be stressed or said more clearly should be underlined.
-The front page of your play must clearly state: the title of the play, the author (first name ONLY please), the average running time, and (optional) the suggested age of performers.
5) If you would like, you can provide "Notes" at the end of the play with character descriptions, suggested settings, etc.
