So here they are, the dreaded test results have come in yesterday or will come in today... I decided to put up the results for everyone to know. * I'm putting up specialized and if someone's going to a different school, I'm putting that in parentheses next to the name since schools like Frank Sinatra, LaGuardia, and the specialized high schools would overlap.
*Edited 6.18.06
I've taken the liberty of coming back to this project site... which sorta failed... and Jimmy, if you ever come back soon, I've seen your little "spamming quest" in the guestbook...

Once again, Happy Lunar New Year, today's the second day of celebration. You guys had a good dinner? Hehe... Guys from both classes, remember that you're Spanish chapter 8A test is tomorrow and the Spanish midterm is February 7, 2006. Today was Jane's birthday, so let's sing her a birthday song:
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday to you,
Happy Birthday dear Ja-ane...
Happy Birthday to you
Yet another one of our friends has turned the great 14. Some of the other birthdays this past month:
1.07. Subrina
1.22. Octavio
1.23. Cassie
1.27. Zachary
1. . Madhusree (sorry, don't know your birthday
)
And tomorrow will be Andres' birthday, for those of you who still remember him. Sorry to those whose birthdays I can't seem to remember... Sign our guestbook with your birthdays, I'd (Schizo) like to have heads-ups to the other 8th graders...
1.29.06
To everyone who celebrates the Lunar New Year, Happy New Year! (a little repetitive)... hope you guys had a great time and got a lotta money (jk) and if you were in Chinatown during the fireworks, sorry me (Schizo) and Fetti didn't see you. It was a little crowded (pft... a little... yea right) Um, so it's the Year of the Dog and dogs are totally kickass, which is the reason for our new template, besides the fact that its so totally cute. And to Shahrier, WTH 506 is your fault because you're the 506 representative who gives us the hw
... even though we didn't realize you started sending to our joint gmail account, we don't really check it. So, once again guys, Happy New Year, and see you tomorrow!
P.S. To 503, Fetti made a little mistake in the WTH 503 section of the site, it's supposed to be 2-3 pages, not 1-2 pages, just remember that we're not responsible for mistakes, as we've said oh so many times.

1.28.06
Alrighty now after our LONG BREAK, we have returned to the site, ELA being over. And stuff. And WTH 503 will be up, I don't know about WTH 506. =]
TALENT SHOW: GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!! AND THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO CAME!!! XD
*Note by Schizo: Dudes... Nawww... I happen to think that we weren't at our best during the talent show (that's the understatement of the year), cuz people like Janellz and Stef who actually do have talent, didn't participate!!! grr... dudes, and jimmy, and rachi - comedy? ajmal also. um... Other possible 8th graders: Angela (piano), Grace (piano), Tina (flute), Zachary (singing: okay, okay, so it was your birthday... but still!! you have such a good voice!) , Albert (singing), and that's not all of you, I'm just too lame to think of anything else. I am included in this group, because I think I royally sucked at the show. Guys, please, next time, try out for the talent show. And to those of you who think you have not enough talent and i've listed you up here, you should've seen some of the things... (shudder)

Finish A Separate Peace and write a 2-3 pg freewrite.
This is at least for 503, Iono about 506. Sorry about how long this took, but Freewebs.com didn't let me login.
12.29.05
It's Fetti, since Schizo has hit the slopes (I'm so envious.) I know WTH is probably the only reason why you guys come here. Yup, it is. Oh well. At least we draw in people, no matter what the means. Yeah, I'm pretty shameless...I apologize for the lapse for Thursday's/Friday's (?) hw. BUt 503 had none, so I was lazy.
*VACATION HW WILL BE POSTED ON FRONT N CENTER. Later.
Well, schedule will resume normally now strike is off... meaning, right after vacation.
-
12.21.05
Well, the strike is STILL ON. Egads.
*Bake sale: whatever's left will be sold in the morning. Don't worry, the stuff is packaged... most of it...but WOOH! We made $250+ Go academy!
*TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS: Tomorrow is for EIGHTH GRADE. Come on guys!
*Friendly reminder: Um... study for whatever tests we still have left...
Methinx Issue #1 is up. Yay Sara.

12.20.05
Yup, reminders:
*Bake sale tomorrow
*TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS for seventh grade, our AUDITIONS are on THURSDAY. COME ON EIGHTH GRADE!
*on another note, stand-up comedy is NO LONGER BANNED. Provided you don't pull a Niloy.
*Friendly note, remember to study for the slew of tests before Winter Break. Which, if you didn't know, starts 3:00 on Friday. W00t!
Apologies that the Methinx is *still* not up yet. But exciting news. WHAT'S THE HOMEWORK Version 506 is up. Check it out, 506 peeps, it's on trial run.
Remember to sign our new guestbook! Please and thank you!
-Fetti (Yes, Schizo, you spelled your name right... -.-;;)
Winter solstice is tomorrow... for all you science nerds out there... There was a transit strike today, and probably will go on for 2-3 days, but we ask whoever has no problem with it to come at 8, regular time in the mornings. I probably am going to come at that time. Um... bake sale is tomorrow, so don't forget your mucho dinero to help out our very poor school... (so we can get a Steinway & Sons grand piano... One that actually works...) Um, and if you want, you can bring your own baked goods. You can bring in bought goods or if you cook, wrap them individually, in like ziploc baggies. If you're baking something, remember to label what is in it, so people with allergies can stay away and our poor school won't have to get poor-er-er... Hm... I guess that's pretty much it, and remember to check up the "What's the HW?" section.
Peace,
Schizo (is that how you spell it?)

12.19.05
Gah. MTA keeps changing its mind, making it difficult for me to give you the goods (did that sound wrong? Lol, foony...) ... but I think for sure there is a strike tomorrow. A full-out one. So... possibility of delayed school, check radio and TV, yadda yah. 503 peeps, don't forget, Secret Santa this Friday. Also, apologies on the behalf of SARA who has missed her deadline as Methinx correspondent... *Talent show auditions start tomorrow, in a three day thing, one day for each grade... So get ready, give us a FANTABULOUS Talent Show 2006! Woot!
-
12.15.05
There's a likely possibility of MTA strike tomorrow, listen to the radio and check up on TV for changes in school scheduling, like a delayed day. And if there is an MTA strike, the dance will be definitely cancelled. Ay no! 7 million people are on the brink of being stranded. Us included. Who else wants to walk in nice cold windy nasty winter weather... ? Especially those of us (like me, Fetti) who live 40 minutes away?!? So, stay tuned with the radio and the television, peeps! Love, Fetti.
-
12.14.05 - 12.15.05
Right. Schizo is currently doing her... umm... science homework... so Fetti (dat's me) is here to update you guys.
*DANCE*: The Dance, is, obviously Friday, this Friday. You know, Friday the 16th of December. Come and support our so-obviously-in-need-of-$ school! And hang with your buddies, yeah... that too... Oh yeah, what's that we do at 'dances'? OH OH RIGHT. Actually dance.
*** POSSIBILITY OF MTA STRIKE, SCHOOL MAY CANCEL DANCE *** School itself may also have a delayed start.
*TALENT SHOW AUDITIONS*: AUDITIONS! LOOK AROUND FOR THE SPECIFICS!
But please, people, AUDITION if you have ANY talent at all. We don't want a repeat of last year. Or do we? J/k. AUDITION. Look around for signs. The second Annual Talent Show is going to be earlier this year, and auditions are this month. Since they're continually changing the info on the signs, I can't give you location or times, sorry. **Note, STAND UP COMEDY is banned this year. CoughNILOYCough.**
Sixth Grade: Dec. 20
Seventh Grade: Dec. 21
Eighth Grade: Dec. 22
Thank you Schizo for updating this info.
We're now launching this website, almost like a school newspaper. Thank you FreeWebs?
Almost... but not quite. Because we truthfully know how wonderful our actual school newspaper is. Yeah... Anyway... For more about the basic purpose of the site, go to About- about us, about the features, about incoming stuff. Yep. Is that it? Is that all? Yeah, I think so.
-Schizo and Fetti. (schizo.fetti@gmail.com) <- Yep, go there to 'mail us.
