Born in Twickenham, Middlesex, Adrian J. Andrews (Pen-name "Andy")
moved to Brighton in 1998 and in the short time since, has established
himself as the city's Premier cartoonist.
With no formal training he has certainly made his mark on Brighton and
Hove as his work has appeared on the walls both inside and out of
various hotels, bars and coffee shops, on t-shirts, mugs and pillow
cases, in retail outlets and in local publications such as "G-Scene"
and "3sixty."
Many local cabaret artistes have used his skills to market themselves
with success and tourist attractions have used his unique style to
promote special days and events.
His attention to fine detail and humourous situations knows no bounds
and his cartoon prints have proved extremely popular with both
residents and tourists alike.
