My simple and humble ministry is to scatter "Living Stones" of  the Christian Faith...

A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,            (Ecclesiastes 3:5a)

As (Jesus) was drawing near—already on the way down the Mount of Olives -- the whole multitude of his disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen, saying

"Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and  glory in the highest!"

And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, "Teacher, rebuke your disciples." He answered, "I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out."  (Luke 19: 37-40)

This book contains the mind of God, the state of mankind, the way of salvation, the fate of sinners, and the happiness of believers.

Its doctrine is holy, its precepts are binding, its histories are true, and its decisions are immutable. Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be holy.

It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. It is the traveller's map, and the pilgrim's staff, the soldier's sword, the pilot's compass, and the Christian's charter. Here heaven is open, and the gates of hell disclosed.

Christ is its grand subject, our good its design, and the glory of God its end. It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet.

Read it slowly, frequently, and prayerfully. It is a mine of wealth, health to the soul, and a river of pleasure. It is given to you here in this life, will be opened at judgment, and is established forever.

It involves the highest responsibility, will reward the greatest labour, and condemn all who trifle with its contents.

1 Peter 2: 4-6 (ESV)

4As you come to (Jesus Christ), a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious,

5 you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

6For it stands in Scripture:

"Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone,
a cornerstone chosen and precious,

and whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame."

Simon Peter answered him (Jesus Christ), "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life, and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God."
