SCARLETTE FANTOM OF THE OPERA IS NOW A SILVER GRAND CHAMPION AT 11 MONTHS OLD.
He has been awarded best group 1 cat 6 times.
CCCFA NATIONALS held in July Scarlette Fantom of the opera did very well. He was best entire ragdoll 2 times, reserve best 3 times and 3rd best 2 times under 8 juInIdges.
In the top 10 out of 52 group 1 entire cats he placed 4th, 6th, 7th, 9th and 9th again. We were very happy.

Scarlette Rags is situated in Laidley which is about 1hr west of Birsbane and is a small closed family cattery. We first saw the ragdoll breed when I was looking for a cat for the nursing home that I work at and fell in love with them straight away. The Big blue eyes and the docile nature were the first thing to attract us to this breed. We then purchased a desexed kitten to have as a pet and the addiction of owning a ragdoll began.
Ragdoll cats must be kept inside at all times unless put outside in an enclosure. They don't have a fighting instinct and will be easily attacked if left outside. They require lots of love and attention as they love to be with people rather then by themselves. It is not uncommon for a ragdoll cat to follow you everywhere around the house and even to places that you would least expect them to go like the shower and toilet.
All our cats are from champion bloodlines and are well breed. They carry the traditional lines as well as some have the newer colours of tortie and red. We are registered with the Queensland Feline Association and follow their standards.
The ragdolls that we breed are for the whole family and are suitable for everyone. They have the nature that ragdolls are known for and are socialized with the whole family. Our babies are bought up in our house with my family around my 3 children.
We are able to transport kittens interstate and overseas if required at the new owners expense. If you are after a certain colour and pattern it is recommended that you contact and order one in advance so you get what you are after as this breed is very popular.
