I've gone ahead and cleared out all of the old updates, and given the site a new layout as well! Also, the NYAC page is gone, due to the story being discontinued. I've added two new pages for my latest projects, Port Summer and Set in Motion. The Pending/Upcoming page is also gone, and I've done a bit of rearranging in the photo gallery.
Also, I feel this must be said again (I have made shorter references to it on my profile page, as well as in one of my author's notes):
There has been entirely too much plagiarism going on as of late, and I'm disgusted with the way people have been treating respected authors on FP. It's a pathetic attempt at garnering readers and friends, and I swear to god that if someone tries to plagiarize me, I will sue your ass so fast you won't know what happened. There will be no apologies, no second chances. Try it once, and you will be up to your ears in legal paperwork. I hate to sound harsh, but I have seen many good writers take down their work because of this problem, and others are beginning to take theirs down as a preemptive measure (something I am also considering doing). Plagiarism is unacceptable, and I won't stand for it.
So I'm warning you. If you've somehow gotten away with copying my work up to this point, I am growing extra vigilant. I have friends on the lookout, and I've got a few new tricks up my sleeve. If I find you, be prepared to face the consequences.
Okay. Now that that's out of the way, I hope you take the time to check out the new stories I've been working on. I'm pretty excited about Set in Motion (I'm calling it sci-fi light, haha), and now that I have an idea of where I want to go with Port Summer, I'm pretty excited about that one as well.
I'll be doing some major writing between now and September, when I move to Ireland for the semester, so hopefully I can write enough to tide you over while I'm gone!
Lastly, Rachelle from Tough & Dirty contacted me the other day, and I will be the next interviewee for their online newsletter. I'll let you know when it's available to read! Until then, the link to their site has been added to the 'links' page.
