Hey all, Artemus here. It is a privilege for me to be a part of TWS, and as such, I plan on making my time here worth while. I've been writing for just about five years, so I'm still a bit of an amateur. A lot of my work needs tweaking and perfecting and the majority of it is still in the rough draft stages. However, I hope to improve and become just as talented as the rest of the group. I'll be doing a lot of rewriting the pieces I already have, so new stuff might not appear all that often. Oh, and I always love to hear comments or answer questions. Helpful criticism is very welcome and greatly appreciated! I also love to give input on others pieces, so if you want some comments, let me know! I may not be a perfect writer myself, but that doesn't mean I can't give suggestions on things I like to see when I'm reading. I don't so much like the actual writing of stories, but I love to imagine up plot lines that go on the paper instead. So if you want to write something and are at a loss for names, or plots, give me a call! I'm always thinking up new stories to write, but I doubt I'll ever have enough time to write them all myself.
Now that I've told you a little about my writing, I'll give you a brief description of myself! I'm complicated, but I'll see if I can break myself down to an understandable level. I go by Artemus, no it's not my real name, but it tells a little about myself. Yes, it's an odd name, but don't make fun of me for picking it! Artemus means moon goddess, from the ancient Greek mythology. I love Greek and Roman mythology, and Artemus has always been my favorite character. First of all, she represents the moon, the forest and it's creatures, and not to mention that shnazzy silver bow and arrows she always carries. All of those things are some of my favorite things of this world. I'm a very earthy person, shy, quiet, and to myself. I love to read, write, draw, and spend time hanging out with my family and friends. However, despite my quietness, I like to be spontaneous and a little out there. I've kind of got a mix of personality traits that kind of contradict themselves. My mom is very artistic, but my dad is very logical. Somehow I got both, though they don't really fit together. When your artistic you have to go out of bounds and crazy, but yet I'm organized and a perfectionist. It makes so a lot of times I confuse myself 
. I'm obsessed with werewolves, the moon, turtles (TMNT rocks!), the forest, and all animals (especially wolves). My favorite colors are purple, green, turquoise, and blue. I love the forest, I would live there if it weren't for all the spiders (YUCK!) but I also love water. My fave sports are gymnastics, swimming, karate, and volleyball (I'm not much into competition sports). Anywho, that's about all I can say about myself, though I'm sure there's more I'm not thinking of.
