~ July 18, 2006 - SB Locomotives, Incorporated is proud to announce that we have seperated into three divisions; Steam, Turbine, and Diesel and Electric Divisions. The creation of these divisions will allow engineers the space, time, and materials they need to better our technologies and more accurately conduct research and development tasks. The new web pages are being constructed and shall be implemented as they are completed.
~ IMPORTANT UPDATE - NOVEMBER 9, 2005 - SB Locomotives, Incorporated, at 7:50 PM, has purchases the West Chester Locomotive Works, of West Chester, Pennsylvania. SBL plans to take this nearly bankrupt company, and turn it into a prospering division of SB Locomotives. Mr. Alex Formanek will remain as Director of WCLW, and continue design work for the company. The same applies for the rest of the WCLW staff. The Scott Squad Railroad Company and SB Locomotives, Incorporated, welcome everyone from the West Chester Locomotive Works to the team!
~IMPORTANT UPDATE - OCTOBER 15, 2005 - SB Locomotives, Incorporated has recently acquired Great Dividing Range Motive Builders (GDRMB)! Mitchell Legg of GDRMB has been elected as Chairman of Australian Market, as well as the Head Director of GDRMB Operations. Mr. Legg will continue to design locomotives for GDRMB. Adding Mr. Legg to the SB Locomotives, Incorporated team, and adding GDRMB to SB Locomotives, Incorporated should prove to be quite an improvement! The Scott Squad Railroad Company has completed the purchase of the Chesapeake Motive Power Company, and has placed it under SB Locomotive management. ~IMPORTANT UPDATE - JULY 15, 2005 - SB Locomotives, Incorporated has accepted the terms of a Free Trade Agreement with fellow locomotive manufacturers NRG Locomotives, and Crawford Diesel Locomotives, Incorporated. This agreement enables the three companies to share parts whenever necessary, and limits competition, creating a manufacturing alliance sure to dominate the locomotive market.
