Welcome to Starbase 611 codenamed Starbase Templar
Starbase 611 is commanded by Commodore James Ryan, Task Force Twenty One Second Officer and Sector Judge Advocate General. Starbase 611 is a Jupiter Class Starbase within the Kovar System, with both the base and the colony being located in Sector Six One One, in the far reaches of the Beta Quadrent.
Specializing in three key areas; Marine Deployment, Fighter Production and Sector J.A.G. Offices, Starbase 611 is also the Task Force Base of Operations and a Highly Active Civilian Commercial Centre, with trade routes to and from both the station and the Colony itself.
Assigned permanently to Kovar and Starbase 611 are three Federation Starships. The U.S.S. Miranda NCC 77001-B, Charleston Class, is docked at Docking Pylon Two and is the Personal Flagship of Station Commander, Commodore James Ryan. The U.S.S. Mikhail Kalashinikov NCC 74477, Defiant Class, is the Starbase Escort and Patrol Vessels, docked in the Starbase Internal Docking Arena and is Commanded by both Commander Jim Wallace (Starbase First Officer) and Lt. Commander Aelethev Kor (Starbase Second Officer). The U.S.S. Thesis NCC 74949, Intrepid Class, is the Rapid Deployment Marine Transport Vessel, remaining docked at the Marine Base on Kovar Colony and is commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Vitani Yuy, the Regimental Commander of the 102nd Regiment.
Kovar Colony is under Civilian Administration, run by the Council of Representatives, members from each District on the Colony. Commodore Ryan serves on the Council of Representatives as Federation Liason.
Starbase 611, Kovar Colony and the Starships Miranda, Thesis and Mikhail Kalashinikov are all in service with Task Force Twenty One of Bravofleet, Starfleet's 4th Fleet.
