PRODUCTS
As our cards are handmade there may be slight variations to some designs.
We can add your own sentiments/names/wording to the cards. If you should by any chance receive the wrong card please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns cannot be accepted on any custom made cards unless they are significantly different from your requirements.
PRICES
We reserve the right to change prices without notice, this will not affect any orders currently being processed. All transactions are conducted and displayed in English Pounds Sterling.
INVITATIONS AND OTHER BULK PURCHASES
We will send you a jpeg image of the front of the card and the details you have requested for the inserts. We will not process your order further until we have received an email from you approving the design and content. Once you have approved the design, payment must be made in full.
Please allow 28 days for production of orders over 10 cards.
DELIVERY
We want you to receive your card in perfect condition, so all individual cards are packed in clear plastic bags, and packaged appropriately. Bulk purchases are packed to best protect them. We cannot accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged, stolen or delayed in transit.
Cards will be despatched when payment is received in full.
We endeavour to post cards which are in stock within 2 working days. Those which have to be made specially may take longer. Delivery times for individually designed cards and products will be discussed when discussing your requirements.
We are able to write a message in the card and post it to an address of your choice.
The cost of this service to an address in the UK is £1.00, to an overseas address the cost will be £2.50
UK postage is included in the advertised product prices.
