We have received some answers this afternoon (5th February) from North Ayrshire Council , however as expected they have tried to skip round the questions without actually answering what was asked.
We are working on the reply that we recieved, to get the answers posted to this page ASAP, as we recieved a scanned copy of a fax.
The answers however, are not what we were looking for.
