This site in no way attempts to be a scientific source of information, but rather a reference point for those committed to tarantula conservation, those who own a captive-bred tarantula and those interested in owning a captive-bred tarantula as a pet. All information on this site has been gathered from experiences with owning and raising tarantulas, and learned from others who have paved the way of keeping tarantulas as pets in Australia. I hope you enjoy it, and gain something from it. And, of course, it is my hope that you will become actively committed to saving our tarantulas, by only owning and encouraging the keeping of captive-bred spiders. Your patience is appreciated as this site is continually being improved and updated.
