Art Johnston's educational training and experience include
Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin
and Michigan Technological University in mathematics and engineering, respectively. He is employed in a federal government position as a structural engineer, and has held professional licenses in four states at various times over the past 17 years. Art presently resides in the western part of Duluth. Art Johnson has given full permission and authorization (February 2008) to the SaveOurSchoolsDuluth organization to use and publish on this website his Critique of the Red Plan .
