Save Abby

Lighting up the darkness...

SITE IN PROGRESS!!! We are working very hard :)

This is the Save Abby Project official site!

( Updated!!)

SHIRTS HAVE BEEN SOLD!!!!

What is Save Abby?

Save Abby is an organization started by Zoe Mael and Hazel Hosler.

Both of us have seen our friends or in some cases our members of our families being abused or even raped. Seen to the point that our presence is the deciding factor whether or not our friends get abused.

We've been witness to the bruises, the burns and the scars. We've seen tears too. Long nights with lots of them. Then our friend's father went to far. We were tired of seeing this happening and nothing being done in most cases, so we began Save Abby.

Save Abby is our organization we created to help raise awareness for children and teenagers who have been abused or molested. Something most people don't realize is that ANYONE can be a victim. Anyone from the shy little kid in the corner of the room, to your all star jocks and preps. It's hard to know!

That's why we want to help shed light on these things. Help those who need it and maybe someday we can save someone...

::UPDATES::

A handful of shirts have just gone out and everyone is really excited to finally have them! Needless to say things are going pretty well!

At the next Columbia-Montour AVTS Craft Show we will have booth where we will be selling shirts, and hope to have lollipops and one mystery item that you will be able to get through pre-order only. We could tell you what they are now, but that would spoil the surprise :)

The next  Columbia-Montour AVTS Craft Show  is taking place on March 7th 2009 at the Vo-Tech school building.

!Below is a picture of what you will receive when you purchase a shirt. You get the shirt and two tags. The white tag lists the story of one Abby. The other tag explains the purpose of the  name Abby as a whole and what all it represents.

Remember, there are kids out there depending on us to help them. From the most severe of cases to smaller, they need us. If we could with one shirt, make that one person aware of these things that are happening...maybe we could save a life.

That is our goal. We want to save people.

We are currently accepting true stories from people who are willing to share their tales with us. Names will be changed to protect the innocent and the stories (if wanted) will be put up under the 'True Stories' Page.

We'd love to hear from you! Please visit our forum and leave a message. :)
