Britt & Josh's Backyard Bunnies

              Hi, my name is Brittany Saunders and along with my brother Josh Saunders we have been raising rabbits for three years now.  We primarily raise New Zealands but we also have 1 Holland Lop and a few Netherland Dwarfs. We just recently started the Holland lops and Netherland Dwarfs. we have also just added a new barn to our rabbitry. We are both members of our local 4-H club, The Frontier Country 4-H ers and i am also in FFA. Heres how it all started, we purchased a white New Zealnd doe, Ruby, which started our love of rabbits. later we purchased a white New Zealand buck and bred for market pens for our county fair and for FFA students and 4-H members to purchase inexpinsively. our rabbitry consists of red, white, and black New Zealands, 1 blue holland lop, and a few different varieties of Netherland Dwarfs. we have already bred for the fair this year and had a total of 42 bunnies which was a little overwhelming.  My brother and i really enjoy showing our rabbits at the county fair and have also been to a few ARBA rabbit shows. I am a member of the ARBA. We are located in Newport, Ohio, Washington county.
