 KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Duke is screaming. He's always screaming. This time he's screaming about a spider. "That's Spyda," blasts Duke Tango, the master of ceremonies, into the microphone to 7,000 fans. "He does what he do!" As though they have just seen a man land on the sun, grown men are cupping their hands to their mouths. You make a better "Ohhhhhhhh" sound that way. Boys in retro jerseys are reaching to their friends in retro jerseys for fist pounds, for assurance that what they just saw was as "off the chain" as they originally deemed it.And there is this one shrill voice, a woman's voice, proclaiming over and over again: "Spyda, you fine." And it's all because Spyda, aka 24-year-old Dennis Chism, just scored two points in a basketball game... |

 Message boards throughout the internet are flooded with enquiries concerning Philip Champion - the man known to the world as "Hot Sauce" - and his status as an And 1 player. Some claim he is merely taking a break from the tour, while others state that he is now affiliated with the YPA. A third group believes him to be retired, and others still have their own theories concerning the whereabouts of the most recognizable streetballer since Skip To My Lou.
However, none of the above is strictly true. Sauce has, in fact, decided to part ways with And 1, and will not be returning for any subsequent tours, according to his agent, Mark Edwards. Similarly, other such big names as Headache, Shane The Dribbling Machine and Main Event are no longer associated with the company...
We can also confirm that Hot Sauce has not signed with the YPA, although he did take part in one of their All-Star games recently.
