October Moon -- This site is a great place for new writers to submit fiction and poetry. The design is great and the quality is consistently high. Unfortunately, this magazine is on hiatus until Fall 2003.
Printed Poison -- This two-fisted, spine-tingling, pulp-inspired PDF-format webzine features mystery, horror, scifi, and adventure stories "all written by our stable of CAPABLE hacks." Dr. Macabre and the gang highly recommend this publication.
