I am Ann, and my husband I and I are embarking on a two-month physical, emotional, and mental journey into raw veganism and raw foodism. This was the catalyst for this site, but we are so much more than that.
As Christians, we are determined to learn how to take care of the bodies God has given us, and to be deliberate in everything we consume, say, and do. This has always been a challenge for us. However, we feel that this is a worthwhile challenge, and one which we are equipped to meet with prayer and determination.
I, Ann, will be the main author of this page, but Ben may decide to share some things now and again.
