Who we are..
Welcome to Sandy Gulch Aviaries! We are Bob and Darlene bird-breeder/hobbiests located in Chico, Northern California. We have owned and raised many species of parrots, poultry, exotic game birds and finches since the 1970's. Color mutations has always been our speciality.
Millie Fleur Bantam Cochins and Columbian Bantam Cochins are what we are focusing on now but we still have a small variety of other birds occasionally available including Diamond Doves, Bourke's Parakeets, Cockatiels, Budgerigars, Zebra Finches, Splendid Parakeets, Rose-Breasted (galah) Cockatoos, Indian Ringnecked Parakeets, Alexandrines, Lovebirds, Black-capped, Green-cheeked and Rosifron Conures. Sorry, we do not ship any of our parrots and finches but can ship the Cochins and doves at buyer's expense.
We offer bird-sitting services and in-home bird grooming. (Chico area only at this time).
