The Caravan
The caravan is an Atlas Mirage Super (2002) 35 x 12ft, which has been furnished and maintained to very high standards throughout.
From the veranda you have excellent views of the coastline and the park. Provided for extra comfort are patio table, chairs and umbrella. There is also parking alongside.
There are 3 bedrooms - (1 double - with mini tv/radio & 2 x twin bedrooms). All the bedrooms have fitted furniture, duvets, pillows and heating. Bed Linen may be hired and beds made up for your arrival - see booking form
Main Bedroom - has mini tv/radio, bedside lamp & hairdryer.
The lounge - is spacious and with large seating area, 21" Colour TV, DVD Player, Freeview (subject to reception),selection of CD's , gas fire, coffee table and storage cupboards
being open plan this leads to the
Dining area - which has a dining table and seating area.
Kitchen - lovely spacious kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, George Foreman mini grill, kettle, toaster, and all utensils and crockery needed to make your stay an enjoyable one.
For additional comforts we have added a vacum cleaner and iron/board.
Shower room - seperate shower room with enclosed shower, washbasin and heating.
wc - seperate WC with heating.

Bed Linen - £25.00 p/w or Bed Linen & beds made up for arrival - £30.00 per week
Early Check In - £20.00
There are certains conditions which will apply when renting this caravan:
A non refundable deposit of £75.00 is required to secure your booking with balance due 8 weeks prior.
No smoking and strictly no pets allowed in our accommodation.
No bookings from under 21's or single sex parties
To respect the accommodation at all times and to leave it clean and tidy on departure.
All breakages/damages must be paid for
Agree to abide by all the park rules, if you holiday is terminated by the park, the park has the final decision and no refund of holiday monies will be made.
