Life Coaching and Business Coaching is.. A structured, step-by step approach to improving any aspect of your life be it career, work/ life balance, stress management, etc. The first step is to understand exactly where you are at. Then we identify where you want to be. (this might be the hardest part of the process) We implement an Action Plan with realistic tasks to be completed within set time frames. Your weekly check-in with your lifecoach ensures you keep on track. Finally coaching, certainly with Sandra, is fun!!!!
