FPS is Frames Per Second. Although much more important in some games, if it falls to low Morrowind will look like a slideshow. A good tool to help with this is the FPS Optimizer or the FPS Optimizer 2.0

How to take Screen ShotsHow to Remove GMSTsA way to remove
GMST'sMany mods that you think are clean just might not be. It's even possible that you might have done it accidentally while playing around in the CS. Some older mods are still out there that haven't been cleaned and reuploaded.
Take the time to open the construction set after you have loaded a mod. Do not load the construction set. Find the folder icon in the tool bar and click on it. This will open the data files box.
Now click on the mod you want to check, you don't have to check it off. It should be highlighted in dark blue, now look down to the bottom of the same box and click on the "Details..." button. A new window will open that will show you all of the changes that have been made with that particular mod.
Now if you see a whole bunch of ones(72 actually) that start with GMST, you have a dirty mod. There are several methods to clean this.
Please remember that some mods use intentional GMST's but they will normally tell you in the read me.
With
TESTool: Open by clicking the icon and press execute(DO NOT USE JUST FIX IT). It should direct you to you morrowind/data files folder find the mod you want to clean click on it and press on open. You should automatically go the TESTool screen. Now you can delete the original and use the new one. The new one will be renamed "Clean the name of the mod.esp" unless you have TESTool set to not change the file name on the options. TESTool only removes the 72 GMST's
Enchanted EditorThe Enchanted Editor is very simple also. Launch EE, click on file/open which should take you to your data files(if not, redirect it to your Morrowind Data Files.). Click on the mod you want to clean. About halfway down the list you will see "gamesettings", check off the box and then click on the "delete marked" button. Then save. This will fix your esp not create another.

I would suggest that you attempt to get help on The Official Elderscrolls Forums, as that is more than likely where you will find your answer. As a last resort you can contact
Bethesda on their support page but I would not expect too much help unless you have a very unique problem. Many problems have known resolutions and they more than likely won't respond it that is the case.
