Dear Parents,
I would like to extend a great big thank you to all of you who have donated to our class. We have had snacks, tissues and hand sanitizer donated and we really appreciate it. A special thank you to Jaci Huckaby, John Weghorst, Ashley Tyre, Jessie Bordeaux, Alyssa Steude, Kaden Preston, Alyssa Fogle, Michala McIrvin, Rodman Cuellar and all parents involved for donating items or parent time in the classroom. I really appreciate all the help in the morning getting breakfast out. If you happen to find a great deal on the sanitary wipes, like Clorox or Lysol, I would love to have some of those donated so that we can wipe up our desks after breakfast and try to keep the germ count down and the students healthy. Thanks again.
I would like to apologize for having to leave school early on Friday. I was not feeling well and it became worse as the day progressed so that found that I needed medical attention. I have follow up tests on Tuesday, but hope to be back on Wednesday. I know that my absence messes up the stability and continuity of the class and will try my best not to be absent very often. Thank you for your understanding during this time. Please talk to your child about being especially well behaved for the substitute in my place.
Monday – Labor Day – no school
Tuesday – PE today – please wear appropriate clothing. Home work packet will come home. Please do only the homework listed for the day.
Wednesday – Library Day.; if your child brings home a library book, please make sure that they return it on a weekly basis so that they can check out another one. We didn’t get to go last week as it was a minimum day.
Thursday – PE today – please wear appropriate clothing.
Friday – Please return homework packets. We will have show and tell at 12:30 today.
