Esther Children Home is a ministry of Church of God Ministries, a full Gospel and charismatic faith ministry started by Rev.M. Sambabu with the aim of raising poor and needy children for God and Country.

Our orphanage in the Eluru city cares for over 36 children.Some kids are orphans with no parents,some without mothers and some without fathers and some with parents but very very poor or disable to feed the kids.

New Children's Home at Gannavaram

I have started new Children's Home in November 2007 at Gannavaram with 16 children.It is exciting to see all these playing and running all over the ground.It is a beautiful sight to see.I see alot of people on the land now.I am humbled to be a little part of sharing God's love to the unfortunate,poor,needy,orphan kids with your partnership.The stories behind the kids are heart-moving.oh,this sin-sick world has caused so much damage to even the innocent children.But thank The Lord for giving us His burden to care for them and share His love with them.Glory to God!!

Rev Michael, President, Building Hope Ministries was officially opened in January 2008.It was a glorious time when the prominent community people were surprised with joy that an orphanage has begun in their community.

The Children

The orphans come from many different backgrounds.  Some children have lost their parents to death, and some have been sold off as slaves.  Many of these children we find wandering around the streets - competing with diseased pigs and stray dogs for scraps.  They were naked and dirty, their hair matted with head lice, their bodies swollen from malnutrition.  They were unable to read or write, and some could not even tell you their name.  We give these children a real life by taking care of them, and showing them a love they never once knew.

The Children are very happy in our homes.It takes a few months for us to see smile on the faces of some kids after we take them into our Children's Home.The children are exposed to the word in their daily devotions, Sunday school, Kid's revival and special prayer meetings in the Children's Home.The Poverty has left its indelible mark on some kids.Raising them in the admonition of The Lord is the priority in our homes. They are excited an very happy.And we are very happy for them.

I am very happy that I could play a little part to raise the orphan,poor and needy children in India and help them come up in life.we teached Bible based values that will guide them in every aspect of their lives.I can do this service only because of generous people like you,who contribute to our children's Homes.I always teach them they should help their surviving family and help other kids when they are grown and settled in life and carrer.

Faith in God for Support

We look unto God to supply the needs in the ministry.Sometimes we do not have money that we cancel non-vegitarian fooding and clothing to cut down the expences.we have learned to adjust with whatever we have- to feed,cloth and educate the children.

Schooling

We are planning to start "St Paul's Public School"  for the year 2009 - as an extension of the Esther Children Home.  This allowed us to teach the children in a Christian environment.  During the day, the children are taught reading and writing (in both their native language, and English), maths, and Biblical studies.we are sending childrens to the school where they get better education.we want to give them more than food and clothing by teaching them discipline,good values of life and education to make them better citizens and stand on their own feet.

Sponsorship

A dollar a day!

Our Orphanage need Sponsors who regularly contribute to our work.we need Orphan Sponsors who donate $ 30 per month to support a Child.This money is enough to feed a Child,clothe them,house them, medical and School them.That's just $ 1 per day.The children will pray for the Sponsors and families continuously.
