Starting Thursday July 9, the Salt City Cougars will be running a training session at Tri-Town Park on Buckley Rd. The sessions will run from 6:30 pm to around 8pm and the days may change for future sessions.  Please check your e-mail for updates.

    As of June 23, 2009, the Salt City Cougars are 3-1 in U16 Division of the CNYJSA league.  The Cougars traveled to Onieda to face a very strong Onieda team.  The Cougars while being outsized held thier own, but lost thier first game 4-2.  They will look to bounce back at home on the grounds of Willow Field next week.  See you there.

 

    The CNYJSA outdoor season begins Monday, June 8, 2009.  The Cougars will be competing in the U16G division.  The schedule is listed below ,but always check here and CNYJSA web site a few days before game to verify there are no changes. Good Luck Cougars!!!

SALT CITY COUGERS TEAM TRAINING 

5/3, 5/17, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 7/19

Training is at 1pm to 2:30pm.

8 WEEKS

Fee is 120 for 8 weeks

 

For all New people to Soccer Central!!

Some important info:

• We don't do well with opinions, we do great with requests
• we don't allow parents to shout out to their children on the field or at other players or Ref's.
• We think payment on time is a compliment and shows that you value what we do at Soccer Central.
• We do not advertise our program it's invite only by people who are in our program - you are responsible for who you invite. We want our program to be problem free.
•  We like quick responses because it makes for  better planning and the result is "top drawer training".
• You can train anytime you want but you cannot play in Tournaments and Leagues and not train.

Some Reminders: 

 

This training is for only those players who have played at U12 or higher who are playing at a very high level. This training is for those players who are "ready" and have impacted play at U12 or higher. The players technical ability and confidence have to be at a high level for their age.

 

****This is also open to other Players who can stay Focused on the task and are Hard Workers.

If a less prepared player wants more game related skills we can accommodate this player on this day also.
