Formed in 1999 Salinka Stars Morris dancers have gone from strength to strength dancing for N.E.W.D.A

You may wonder where we got our unusual name from well.....

         The SA....is for Sam who as danced since the year dot (ha ha)

         The LIN..is for Lynne our hard working & devoted principle

         The KA...is for Kamie,Lynne's daughter,who as also danced for years

put them all together & you get SALINKA...the STARS part speaks for itself....

We train every wednesday night from 5 til 9 pm at The Peace Memorial Hall,Meole Brace,Shrewsbury.We have 4 teams out this season Novice Tinies,Tinies,Juniors & Seniors.
