1.  Reservation/Payment.

1.1.  Early reservation for room accomodation can be made either through our email address or through our Cubao Booking Office.  Look for Mr. Fidel Manila at (02) 912-3418 or (02) 912-3398. A 30% to 50% downpayment shall be required for all reservations.  (Request for the account number when making payment.)  Reservation fee/downpayments are non-refundable.

2.  Room & Facilities Charges.

2.1.  Extra head per room capacity is charged P250 each per day.

2. 2. Use of kitchen facilities will be charged on a case-to-case basis.  Use of outdoor cooking facilities using charcoal is free of charge.

2.3.  Kitchen utensils, plates, cutleries, glasses, cups may be borrowed for a fee.

3.  Check-in/out.

3.1.  Sajorda River Park operates on a 24-hour basis.  There is no check-in/check-out time, except when advised.  However, those checking-in after 6:00 p.m. must have prior reservation/arrangement. 

3.2.  Walk-in guests after 6:00 p.m. are not allowed.

4.  Safety and Security and Damage to Property.

4.1.  All guests must secure their personal belongings properly.  Management shall not be held for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items not endorsed to the Park management.

4.2.  Parked vehicles must be properly locked and secured during the period of stay.

4.3.  Loss or damage to Park property due to carelessness or misuse will be charged to the customer.

4.4   Sajorda River Park management has the right to reject customers suspected to be under the influence of drugs and who are heavily intoxicated with liquor or beers.

4.5  No firearms are allowed inside the premises of the park. Customers shall endorse their firearms to the administration for safe keeping.

5.  Swimming pool use.

5.1.   A lifeguard is available during the whole period of the swimming pool operation for group swimming of at least 10 persons.  Children 12 years old and below should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5.2.   Proper attire is required of swimmers.  This includes swim suit for ladies and  bathing trunks for men.  In its absence, swimmers may use garterized jersey or silk shorts (definitely not cotton), light colored, of above knee length.  Basketball or other long shorts will not be permitted. Top outfit must be sando or spaghetti, jersey or silk and light-colored. Swim wear with buttons and zippers are not allowed.

5.3.  Smoking, bringing of food and drinks within 2 meters of the pool are are not allowed. 

5.4   Running around the pool is strictly prohibited.  Diving is not allowed.

6.  Bringing of Food from Outside.

6.1.  The Park allows its customers to bring their own food and drinks with a corkage fee of P50.00 per person. However, they must secure and bring along their garbage upon leaving the resort.

7.     Catering.  Sajorda River Park accepts catering services for all occasions within and outside the resort premises.

7.1.  Outside catering should be for a minimum of 50 persons. Inside catering has no minimum requirement.

7.2.  Arrangements should be made at least one (1) month for weddings and two (2) weeks for other occasions.

7.3.  A deposit of 50% shall be required upon signing of agreement and the balance to be paid 3 days before the occasion.

7.4.  Outside caterers are also accepted.  A minimal corkage fee of P500.00 will be charged.  Caterer shall secure and bring along their trash before leaving.
